Selection Criteria

  • Academic Qualifications Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education (BSED) or a Bachelor of Arts/Science degree (AB/BS) with a major field of specialization. For AB/BS degree holders, at least 18 units of professional education subjects are required.
  • Licensure & Experience Preferably passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET). Preferably a teaching experience of at least one year or professional exposure in the area of specialization. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply!
  • Personal Qualifications Baptized and practicing Catholic, a sense of mission and community, emotional and intellectual maturity.
  • Residency Preferably a resident of San Antonio, Zambales, but we welcome applicants from neighboring towns.

Application Requirements

  • A letter of application & Resume'
  • Original copy of Transcript of Records with Special Order and PBET/LET results
  • PRC License (or Certificate of Registration to take the LET for new graduates)
  • PSA Birth Certificate
  • Marriage Contract, if married (Marriage should be in the Catholic Church)
  • SSS Number, Tax Identification Number (TIN), Residence Certificate
  • Letters of recommendation from references (including previous employer)
  • Health / Medical Certificate

Hiring Procedure

Preliminary interview and evaluation of application requirements by the Principal, followed by Teacher’s Aptitude and Personality Tests.

If recommended, the applicant conducts a demonstration lesson before a panel composed of teachers of the same field, the Academic Chairperson, and the Principal.

The Principal evaluates the results, conducts an interview, and recommends the qualified applicant to the Director for final interview and appointment.
